Probe Specialists offers simple repairs, major overhauls, no-contract (by-the-job), standard contract, or "design it yourself", we offer the customers a variety of service options.

Service Contract
Probe Specialists offers a cost-effective full service contract on 2000 series wafer probers, covering labor, parts, and planned maintenance.

Preventive Maintenance Only Contract
We also offer a "PM Only" contract, covering just scheduled maintenance for 2000 series prober, KLA 1007 probers, and APM 90 probers. Reduced labor rates for other services while the contract is in effect also offers additional benefit.

Custom Service Contract
Don't see what you like? Need something different? Call to discuss contract coverage "your way".

Repairs
Probe Specialists offers full board repair services for Electroglas wafer probers. "Quick return" repairs can be arranged with a phone call. Call for a RMA number and details.

Upgrades and Refurbishing
Need an older system brought back to spec? Need to get new features added to an existing prober? Our refurbishing and upgrade processes bring an older system back to life, looking and performing like it was new again. Good value for your original investment.
