About Probe Specialists

Privately owned and operated, Probe Specialists was established in 1996 and incorporated in 1997. With over 100 years of wafer probing equipment experience we specialize in Electroglas and Accrecech TSK wafer probers, leases, servicing, training, and special applications.

The company’s objective is to provide quality Wafer Probing solutions to customers at a great value. These solutions are always provided with integrity and a strong focus on customer service. Based in Morgan Hill, California just south of the Silicon Valley, we provide the best third-party parts, sales, support, and service of Electroglas and Accretech TSK equipment all over the world. This includes, but is not limited to, the 2001X, 2010X, 2080S, UF3000, UF300, UF200/A/AL/S/SFL/SA, APM90A and 4000 series probers.
